Eighteen residences above a private bay.
Elysis sits on the western shoulder of Kolymbithres Bay, where the granite runs into the sea and the wind drops after five. The resort is built the way the island builds: lime-washed walls a metre thick, cedar shutters, stone underfoot, nothing taller than the olive trees it was set among.
There are eighteen residences and no more. That number is the whole idea. It means a terrace nobody overlooks, a beach that never fills, a kitchen that can cook for you rather than for a service, and a team that learns your name on the first morning rather than the last.

Suites, villas and houses.
From a forty four metre suite off a courtyard to a four bedroom estate on the ridge, each with its own terrace and most with their own pool.
Aegean Loft Suite
A single lime-washed room under a cedar ceiling, with the whole western sea in the doorway.
Thalassa Pool Suite
A heated plunge pool on a walled terrace, four steps above the sea path.
Elysis Beach House
The only building on the sand: a two bedroom house with a deck, a pool and the bay for a garden.
Four kitchens, one bay.
The boats land at Naoussa at six each morning and the kitchen buys off them. What they caught decides what is written on the menu that afternoon.
What there is to do, and what there is not.
A private beach, a heated twenty five metre pool, a spa in the rock, a catamaran at six, and a fire on the sand every Thursday.
The Beach Club
Four hundred metres of private shoreline, twenty eight loungers, and a kitchen that sends lunch down to the sand.
MoreBonfire Nights
Thursday, on the sand: driftwood fire, a lamb on the spit, raki, and whoever on the island turns up with an instrument.
MoreElysis Spa and Hammam
Four treatment rooms cut into the rock, a marble hammam, and therapists who work with island oil and salt.
MoreSunset Sailing
A twelve metre catamaran out of the bay at six, around Antiparos, back under the stars.
MoreThe Infinity Pool
Twenty five metres on the main terrace, heated from April, with the bay filling the far edge.
MoreThe Cooking School
Tuesday mornings in the garden kitchen: the market at Parikia first, then lunch made from what you brought back.
More“Eighteen residences is not a limitation. It is the whole promise, and everything else follows from it.”
